We have experience in dealing with a range of developments, including Change of Use Applications, Certificate of Lawfulness Applications, residential developments and commercial developments. In addition to this we can submit and monitor your planning applications for you.
We provide well-researched and convincing Statement of Cases for your clients planning appeals. Some of our recent projects include residential appeals for up to 9 dwellings and commercial projects.
We offer all of the services below on a freelance basis. Fees can be arranged on a fixed fee or hourly basis.
